#3 Suus (Food Bandits) - Landing a recipe book deal

In this super exciting episode I am speaking with Suus. Suus
together with her husband Johann share allergy friendly recipes
on their food blog Foodbandits & Instagram account
@foodbandits. They already published two wonderful cookbooks
“Good morning” and “Andere Koek” (both in Dutch).


Together we spoke a lot about how to land a (recipe) book deal
either as a food blogger or even a photographer. Suus revealed
who to contact, the timings, her learnings from already launched
books, and how it works money wise.


We also talked about working as food photographer & blogger
when you have allergies and intolerances.


Then we picked up the conversation about Instagram, and the
sponsored posts on Instagram. Especially how to stay true to
yourself when working with paid brand campaigns.
