muscle soreness). Everyone has suffered with DOMS at some stage,
whether it be after your first time back in the gym or after a
long run or hike. It can leave you feeling stiff & sore and
in some cases delay peoples return to exercise.


We explore what DOMS are, what causes it as well as why do we get
them, is it okay to continue to train with DOMS or should you
stop & recover and what can you do to reduce the effects of
DOMS.


This episode is for anyone who will be increasing the intensity
of their workouts over the next couple of months.
