Charley has been a CPA since 1990, and received his MBA from the
University of Maryland and his undergrad from the University of
Texas.  He began his career in Big Six auditing with KPMG
Peat Marwick, then segued into industry as a financial leader for
public and privately held companies.  His tax practice
focuses on real estate investors and transactions specializing
self-directed IRAs, 1031 exchanges, multi-year forecasting,
focusing on Real Estate Professional status and utilizing passive
losses.   He’s also been working the past fifteen years
as a virtual CFO.  His current CFO clients are Service Dogs,
Inc, The Daily Dot, Austin Living Landscape, and several Real
Estate Investment Groups.
