Ultra Running Adventures, Places, And The People. Do You Ever
Think Thank God For Running.

In this episode Neil talks to Rhi Willmot about all things Ultra
Running.  The episode takes a twist when they discuss some
research around park run and how Rhi started her journey in Ultra
Running.  In this episode of the Ultra Running Podcast we
dive into some important factors in how to start Ultra Running.
Neil and Rhi discuss how the covid pandemic was an opportunity to
get Rhi's Ultra journey off to a start and how an unexpected
result in 2022 has led to an opportunity which most would spend a
running career trying to qualify for.
