Ever have a a blowup fight where you really regret the things you
said and did? I’m sure we all have. Last year Kamele and I
experienced our first ‘real fight’ in that we both overreacted
and learned that we didn’t handle our emotions in a way we would
be proud of. 


 


While I was able to come present and proactive some breathwork,
it was after already blowing up at my daughter.
