I CANNOT wait for you to listen to our new podcast.  Do you
know why? Because I totally invited Jenn Mcallister back for a
part deux!


After our first podcast with Jenn, you all had a ton of questions
and requests.  And, your questions were SO good. 


You especially wanted to know how to overcome food addiction,
what strategies to use when trying to change your mindset around
food and, most importantly, what are the best rewards when you
reach goals.


And, Jenn does not disappoint.  As we dive in, Jenn shares
how she went from rewarding her weight loss goals with a large
pizza to a more satisfying and “healthy” reward, the number one
strategy she uses to NOT overeat, and then she drops a major
truth bomb on how she changed her mind about carbs. 


What I love about Jenn is her real-ness.  She struggles with
her wellness journey just like all of us. And she has the courage
to share her story.
