Cashdollar, CSCS, to discuss her personal fitness experiences and
her unique approach to training! Susan is one of Dan's favorite
trainers to follow, and always has a new, innovative exercise! Her

challenges for the gym. Susan is a graduate of West Virginia
University and holds an M.S. in Exercise Physiology and is a
certified strength and conditioning coach through the NSCA. She
currently works as a Creative Marketing Director at Hearst in New
York City and is a videographer for Dr. Konstantin Vasyukevich. She
also maintains a small personal training client base. She grew up
playing sports and started working out at a very young age and
hasn’t stopped since. Her current training philosophy is to have
