Dr. Jeff Buxton is a professor at Grove City College in Western
PA. In addition to his DSc in Human and Sport Performance, Jeff
holds many other certifications, including FMS, Y-Balance, and
Animal Flow. He has coached college tennis for six years, and has
over ten years of experience as a trainer and fitness coach in
the private sector. He loves the outdoors, calisthenics exercise,
