Bob's journey through coaching high school football in Texas to the
coaching strategies he implemented as a strength and speed coach
for the Dallas Mavericks, Cowboys, FC Dallas, and Olympians. Bob
specifically hits several concepts that allowed him to pioneer the
way many coaches now train speed. Bob King is a man who needs

the Dallas Mavericks, 7 years as the head strength coach for FC
Dallas, 3 Super Bowl Championships during his tenure as the Dallas
