Meghan is currently two months from becoming a Doctor of Physical
Therapy. She is a Certified Athletic Trainer, Certified Strength
and Conditioning Specialist, Sports Nutrition coach, and 4x
Nationally Qualified NPC bikini competitor. She is passionate
about using movement as a tool for empowering others and
