Jeff Buxton: Research Update on Quadrupedal Movement, Palm Cooling, & Nutrition in Sports Performance

is joined by Jeff Buxton to discuss his latest research on
quadrupedal movement in athletes, palm cooling research on sprint
performance, nutrition research in athletes looking at
carbohydrate vs ketogenic approaches and impact on performance,
and more! Dr. Jeff Buxton is a professor at Grove City College in
Western PA. In addition to his DSc in Human and Sport
Performance, Jeff holds many other certifications, including FMS,
Y-Balance, and Animal Flow. He has coached college tennis for six
years, and has over ten years of experience as a trainer and
fitness coach in the private sector. He loves the outdoors,
calisthenics exercise, and maximizing human performance and
