Brynn Bowen: Journey to & Finding Success in D1 Lacrosse

habits as an athlete.


Brynn Bowen is a lacrosse goalkeeper at Old Dominion University
where she is currently majoring in sports management. Originally
from Salem, VA, Brynn grew up playing lacrosse and was a
2021/2022 All-American in high school. Brynn comes from a family
of 4 brothers and 1 sister. She has enjoyed working with her
team's social media channels to help them grow and is interested
