2 weeks ago my husband and I made an adult decision and with that
came up a lot of shadows and triggers for me. I am a people
pleaser and especially when it comes to looking for validation
through the eyes of my parents. I know you are asking "why is a
woman in her late 30's still searching for validation" Listen in
as I ask this very same question and break down some recent
reason and shadows that have shown me it's time to put down the
swords and shields and finally let it go.
