Essential oils have been used to support wellness and kill germs
and bacteria throughout history. This was demonstrated
powerfully in the 1300s, when millions of people were dying from
The Plague, one of the worst pandemics in human history.
During this time, a band of innovative robbers used a blend of
clove, lemon, eucalyptus, rosemary and cinnamon bark essential
oils to anoint themselves before stealing jewelry off of the dead
and dying.
As the story goes, when the robbers were ultimately caught, the
King demanded to know how they were able to come into contact
with those dying of the highly-contagious disease without getting
sick. The thieves shared their recipe - which was passed on to
the community.
That's how the Thieves blend of essential oil got its name.
Consider how this germ-fighting essence could be used to keep you
and your family well during flu season, and all year
long. You may already know that clove oil was used in
early dentistry as a numbing agent. A drop of Thieves oil can
ease the discomfort of a sore tooth. And, using Thieves
toothpaste and mouthwash can promote good dental hygiene.
In this podcast, I will introduce you to the entire line of
Thieves-infused household and cleaning products, including
Thieves toothpaste and mouthwash, household cleaner, sanitizing
spray and more.
