Today’s guest, Zach Kitschke, is one of the earliest employees at
Canva. During his time there he has had a few roles, including
head of people, head of brand and marketing, and head of comms.
With such a wide range of roles we talked about how early
employees can scale up with a company, how Canva maintains such a
strong and distinct culture, and how to effectively switch
between operating disciplines.
