We are back from the Holiday break and today we are chatting all
about FOOD. As runners we need to fuel our bodies and eating is a
critical role in how we preform as athletes. In today's episode,
Bethany shares 10 favorite snack/easy meal ideas that are easy to
make, nutritionally dense, and perfect to help promote

Smoothie 1 1/2 large frozen bananas 1 c. raw milk or oat milk
Big scoop for Peanut butter 2 scoops chocolate totally egg protein
powder Spinach Handful of ice Place all ingredients in blender.
Blend until smooth and enjoy! Berry Smoothie 1 cup frozen
berries 1 frozen banana 2 scoops of Designer Wellness
Totally Egg vanilla protein powder Spinach or kale 1
cup raw milk (or oat milk, almond milk) Favorite Asian
Dressing 1/4 cup soy sauce/tamari sauce 1/4 olive
oil 1/4 honey or maple syrup 1 lime, squeezed
