Episode 44: Sober Besties with Alex and Lisa

Best friends since they were teens, Alex and Lisa grew up in
local pub-culture in the UK. Everyone they ever knew drank. And
together as best friends, so did they for almost 30 years, until
one day, they decided to experiment with a new lifestyle. Lisa
explored alcohol-free living first, and found so much happiness
and integrity in AF living. A few months later, Alex realized
alcohol was holding her back too and decided to “experiment” as
well. With all the joy, fun, and self-love they discovered on the
other side they’re not looking back. Today, Alex and Lisa host
sober meetups in Manchester UK and provide alcohol-free programs
for corporate wellness efforts.
