Megan Swan is a guru on women’s wellness who works with
high-performing, high-achieving women. In this episode, she and
Karolina talk about how to think about your wellness differently

Megan and Karolina met years ago, and she actually just graduated
from the Empowered AF Coach Certification program (plus, she led
a yoga class and shared incredible wellness rituals at the
retreat, too!)
