Grindr’s Senior Director and Global Head of Customer Experience,
Alice Hunsberger, joins Tiffany Xingyu Wang for the first episode
of our second season. Part of Alice’s work involves developing
policies and guidelines for safer and more inclusive communities
in the online dating sphere. In this episode, Tiffany and Alice
discuss developments in the field of Trust and Safety, changing
approaches to the moderation of online communities, and the need
to make greater efforts to consider and protect members of the
LGBTQI+ community.
