guest, CT, bartender and mixologist extraordinaire, joins us in a

fashioned, followed by an indulgent maple bourbon old fashioned,
both offering a burst of holiday flavors and cheer. But, what's
Christmas without Milk Shakes? Jeff and Roxy share unique bourbon
milk shake recipes, with variations for all dietary needs, and CT
even blends them live! We also share our personal experiences of
collecting bourbon ornaments, adding a unique twist to holiday
decor.

world of Tequila and salute the tradition of expressing gratitude
with a hearty 'cheers'. As the glasses clink, we serenade you

WE WILL TAKE SOME STORE BOUGHT APPLE CIDER AND MIX IT WITH CROWN
SALTED CARMEL (RATIO 2PARTS CIDER 1PART CROWN) GARNISH WITH APPLE
TOASTED WITH BROWN SUGAR


CHOCOLATE/PEPPERMINT OLD FASHIONED -
(BARREL PROOF)
WE WILL USE 2OZ’S OF ELIJAH CRAIG BARREL PROOF BOURBON, 1OZ OF
RUMCHATA PEPPERMINT, 2 DASHS OF MINT BITTERS, 2 DASHS OF
CHOCOLATE BITTERS, GARNISH WITH RUMCHATA FOAM AND DUSTING OF DARK
CHOCOLATE AND MINT CANDY.


BOURBON MILkshake-
3 OZ OF KNOB CREEK 9YR, 2 cups of Vanilla ice cream, 4 Andes
mints broken up then blended, 3-4 Tablespoons Hersheys Chocolate
,add 1⁄2 cup whole milk or until desired texture, garnish with
shaved Andes mints !!

BOURBON MILK PUNCH -
2 1⁄2 OZ’S WHOLE MILK, 2 OZ OF KNOB CREEK 9YR, 1⁄2 OZ SIMPLE
SYRUP, 1⁄2 TEASPOON VANILLA EXTRACT, GARNISH WITH GRATED
NUTMEG


MAPLE OLD FASHIONED -
START WITH 2 1⁄2 OZ’S OF RD1 MAPLE BOURBON/WHISKEY, ADD IN
1⁄2-3⁄4 OZ BARREL AGED MAPLE SYRUP, 2 DASHS BLACK WALNUT BITTERS,
1 DASH CHOCOLATE BITTERS, GARNISH WITH LUXARDO CHERRY &
SYRUP
