Security Alert - Should you delete TikTok?

TikTok. It's the latest social media app that Gen Z love. It's
about fun, short videos. Full of dance routines and pranks. It
seems like a good time. But is it also a security threat? Some
companies seem to think so. Amazon sent a memo to its U.S.
workforce on July 10, instructing them to delete the app. But
then it told the media that email was sent in error. Then Wells
Fargo told its employees to delete TikTok from company phones.
Why is there so much concern about this app from Beijing-based
parent company ByteDance? Here to explain it all is Aaron Shum,
