quickly overwhelm your employees and your business. The concept
of technical debt has its roots in the agile approaches honed by
software developers in the '90s. It's the root of many IT
problems including way too much time spent on maintenance. Just
like real debt, the interest can build up over time if you don't
pay it off and really cripple your company. We talk with Andrew
