Fatherhood with Borderline Personality Disorder

Daniel joins the podcast to share his story of being a parent of
two school aged children while living with BPD. He starts by
reflecting on how his own upbringing and the style of his parents
impacted his own development. From there he shares stories of
finding enjoyment in parenting, the boundaries he sets to stay
emotionally regulated, and provides a really honest look into
being a father who lives with BPD.
