Leeah lives with borderline personality disorder and works full
time as a 988 crisis line worker. She identifies as a Christ
follower and shares about how her upbringing, African American
culture, and spiritual life impact her emotional regulation and
expression. She is done suffering in silence and hiding her
emotions and instead wants to tap into her emotions as a positive
moving forward.
