Why Groups? // Belong // September 03, 2023

I thought about some of the things I’ve done alone. I’ve eaten at
restaurants alone. I’ve gone to the movies alone. I have
visited churches on vacation alone. I have left home alone to
study out of town for two and three days. I have no problem
doing things alone…but I wouldn’t want to always do things alone.
I found that I am human and need to hang out and do things with
others. I need the tighter smaller fellowship. As I’ve studied
the scriptures I found that the godhead is a fellowship of Father
Son and Holy Spirit. And they invite me into their
fellowship. Friends, we need smaller tighter fellowship,
Jesus even modeled it with His tight knit group of twelve then
three. Today we answer the question of “Why Groups?” I hope
to see you there.
