Scene One: Jesus Enters Jerusalem // Journey To The Cross // March 17, 2024

It is Resurrection season and we begin our new series “Journey to
the Cross” with Jesus locked in on entering into Jerusalem to
finish the mission. It all begins with excitement as people
celebrate His entering the city with shouts of Hosanna. But that
will quickly fade as the confrontation with the city leadership
escalates with Him ruining their nefarious money making
enterprise. Jesus, the people, and those in power making the
money all know of the corruption. As Jesus cleanses the Temple of
the corruption, this becomes the first of multiple confrontations
that will lead to the His execution on a cross for the sins of
mankind.
