one of their top franchise owners to talk about how he and his
team are outperforming even their own peer Fit Body Boot Camp
franchise owners.


Josh Foster is a long-time personal trainer who was presented the
opportunity to join a Fit Body Boot Camp franchise as an integral
team member and a key to strategic growth. Shortly after, he
would become a co-owner of the second area location and would go
on to help those two franchises sky rocket their membership
numbers. He and his business partners recently had the most
participants in a nationwide competition held among all of the
Fit Body Boot Camp franchises.


In this episode, we learn how Josh and his team have taken a
focus on creating the best customer experience for their members
in order to build a sense of community. In a world where people
are getting everything delivered to them in their pajamas, Josh's
members are driving upwards of an hour to arrive early and
staying late. Josh share his experience as a solo-preneur and
what advantages he has now as a member of the Fit Body Boot Camp
company, and how this has allowed him to reach new heights in his
career.
