In this episode, host Celeste Rains-Turk speaks with 25 year
old Italian Pro, Alessia Facchin who started competing in 2015
after struggling with her relationship with food due to her job
in modeling. She began to see her body change as she committed to
the gym and found her first coach who encouraged her to try
competing where she found her passion. Since then she became a
dietologist, earned her pro card in 2018 and now pursues her
dream of stepping on the Olympia stage as she works as an online
trainer and posing coach.
Tune in to hear Alessia tell us why she has always dreamt of
stepping on the Olympia stage, how competing saved her life, and
what she has done to continuously improve and bring her personal
best.
Alessia talks to us about how she works as a coach, what she
loves about being a sponsored athlete, and how she had to change
her posing around as an international athlete.
She even shares how she has used competing as a way to learn new
languages, make her own clothing, helping other competitors, and
developing great friendships.
