Today I speak with IFBB Pro and 2021 Olympian Vania Auguste.
Vania started competing back in 2015 and won her pro card at Jr
Nationals in 2019. Vania works as a posing coach alongside her
teaching career, leading girls to the stage with a powerful stage
presence and confidence in their routines.

Vania shares what inspired her move from her native country of
Haiti to the US, sharing how she ended up in Nashville and chose
her career as a high school teacher. Vania also discusses what
inspired her to explore her love for posing, offering her time to
competitors as a posing coach. She talks about how she balances
both her teaching schedule and traveling for competitions and how
she approaches the topic of bodybuilding with her students.

This year Vania was able to qualify for the Olympia after 10
shows and she shares her journey to the stage and what inspired
her decision to become an IFBB Pro. We also discuss how Vania
changed both her physical and mental training to gain the success
she’s had in the sport, and how she prioritizes her health at all
points in her prep.

You won’t want to miss Vania’s insight to both competing and
work-life balance in this episode!
