In the second episode of the inner health series, I speak with
Julia Bresner, the lead integrative health concierge, and Andrew
Wax, the director of clinical care, from Liv Health. Andrew and
Julia start the conversation by explaining to listeners what

and how they are beneficial to bodybuilders. They emphasize how
their approach and methods differ from those of a typical primary
care physician, and how they look to optimize their athletes
