Today I speak with Adam Bonilla of Team Elite Physique. Today we
are talking about a VERY special event! We are hosting an event
at the Contest Prep Center during the Olympia! We discuss the
week-long calendar of events planned at the Contest Prep Center
for the Olympia and the Build More than Just a Body event! Adam
talks about how he has tried to make the Contest Prep Center an
open and welcoming space for competitors from any team. He wasn’t
to create a space where competitors and teams can come together
and learn about the sport of bodybuilding. 


 


The Build More than Just a Body event and all the other events at
the Contest Prep Center for the Olympia are really to give back
to the bodybuilding community. If you’ll be at the Olympia, you
