Today I speak with Canadian IFBB Pro Tessa Baresssi, She won her
pro card at age 20, and placed 4th in Pro debut at Vancouver Pro
Show. Tessa is a huge advocate for mental health in sports. She
works as a posing and lifestyle coach for her company Rzlnt
Fitness. Tessa shares how the sudden loss of her father when she
was 18 years old shopped the way she views life and how she
approaches her goals. 


 


She has felt with eating disorders and mental health struggles,
