MARINA MALIDEN; Israeli Army, Stop Prep if this Happens, Embrace Shapes, Female Life Decisions

Today I speak with IFBB Pro Marina Maliden. She was born in
Ukrainian grew up in Israel, where she served Israeli army. After
finishing collage, she moved to the United States where she
became a NASM certified nutrition coach and personal trainer, as
well real estate professional. She started competing in 2013 at a
show Israel. Her first NPC show was in 2016. She then went on to
compete in 9 National shows where she finally won her Pro card at
Nationals in 2022. She made her Pro debut at Texas Pro where she
placed 6th. She grew up as a track athlete and a dancer and
worked as a professional dancer on cruise ships!


 


Because of her passion for helping people, she now works as a
lifestyle and weight loss online coach. She continues to work in
real estate for the same reason, to help people find their dream
homes!
