This episode is an overview of how I structure my nutrition
coaching. All of these tools are just that...tools. They need to
be applied at the appropriate times, under the right
circumstances, to reap the many benefits that each tool
provides.

mini-series is to educate the masses on building the foundations
of good nutritional protocols, which have the biggest impact on
health, body composition and performance goals.

The Nutritional Pyramid of Importance is a systematic way of
reviewing all things nutrition. From weight loss goals to
building muscle mass and strength, improving health markers,
decreasing inflammation, identifying nutritional deficiencies,
and optimising performance, both in the gym and throughout the
rest of your life. These episodes provide the tools and
information you need to make more educated decisions on how to
structure your nutrition protocols...regardless of your specific
goals.

pocket, to travel to the next State over West, to begin a new
life in the workforce - 2000

14 - 20: I grew up and learned how to become a man through work
and rugby
20 - 26: I lived, trained and fought as a professional soldier,
at a high level
26 - 32: I became a personal trainer, after failing in my pursuit
to become a firefighter
32 - 38: I worked with, and won world titles with some of the
best athletes on the planet, as their strength and conditioning
coach
38+: The next evolution begins
