In this ten-part mini-series, I will be interviewing the founder
of Swiss 8, Adrian Sutter, before dedicating an episode to each
of the principles, and book-ending the series with an interview
with Tristan Rose of Blind Tiger Yoga.

The Western world is in the middle of a mental health crisis, and
our veterans have taken action. Swiss 8’s team of combat veterans
have built a proactive mental health program that is delivered
through a mobile app. The app offers users programs in 8
categories of health and lifestyle; all proven to reduce anxiety
and depression. This holistic model forms your daily routine,
aiding you to build structure, improve discipline and take
ownership of your life. Once habits are formed the app will teach
you new skills. Skills that can form identity, purpose, and
encourage physical interaction to rebuild tribe and reduce
isolation.

At 14 years old, I sat on a bus for 3 days with $50 in my
pocket, to travel to the next State over West, to begin a new
life in the workforce - 2000

14 - 20: I grew up and learned how to become a man through work
and rugby
20 - 26: I lived, trained and fought as a professional soldier,
at a high level
26 - 32: I became a personal trainer, after failing in my pursuit
to become a firefighter
32 - 38: I worked with, and won world titles with some of the
best athletes on the planet, as their strength and conditioning
coach
38+: The next evolution begins
