Movement gives us access to the best of ourselves and it has
nothing to do with weight or abilities regardless of what the
“fitness culture” says, it’s science! Stanford Professor Kelly
McGonigal PhD and author of The Joy of Movement is my guest and
she has insight to help you reclaim movement.
