finished rye whiskey... we suggest you do. Peerless Distilling in
Louisville Kentucky has a 111 proof Kentucky Rye Whiskey finished
in Absinthe Barrels from Copper and Kings Distillery also in
Louisville. Mike and I were blown away by this one!
