171. Navigator Kentucky Straight Bourbon Finished in Cabernet Sauvignon Barrels

Today we focus on a finished Kentucky straight bourbon with a
mash bill of 75% corn, 21% rye and 4% malted barley. The three
year bourbon is finished in a Navigator Cabernet Sauvignon wine
barrels from Precision Wine Co. This is one of the better
finished bourbons in this age range we have had a chance to try.
