In this conversation, Machar discusses the Australian Open's
objective of becoming the most accessible and enjoyable sports
event globally. To accomplish this objective, they continuously
invest in  innovation. He elaborates on how, a decade ago,
the Australian Open perceived innovative ideas from a client's
perspective, but now they view these ideas from the lens of an
investor. This strategy allows them to achieve higher returns
rather than expending resources to adopt new innovations. Machar,
