On our second episode of the SportsTech AllStars Podcast of 2024
we're excited to feature Mateusz Szala, Co-Founder of
ReSpo.Vision the AI and Computer Vision-powered 3D sport’s
tracking data system that is bringing the sports analytics and
entertainment experience to the forefront.

On this episode, Mateusz talks about his background in consulting
where he previously led strategic projects in the technology and
financial industry, his work with The Boston Consulting Group,
where he met his Co-Founder Paweł
Osterreicher, and how their shared passion for
crunching numbers and sports led to the early conceptualisation
of Respo.Vision. Mateusz also talks about how they use Computer
Vision to build a new fan engagement and analytical platform. We
talk about the new applications of technologies such as VR
headsets, the sports betting market and their numerous
innovations in the field.

Respo.Vision brings a new depth of analytics to sports
using Computer Vision. Their system detects 3D positions
of the ball and 50+ body parts of every player, in every video
frame, using a single-camera video input- fully automatic for any
game, with accuracy measured in centimeters, and without any
wearable sensors or expensive pre-installed cameras.
