Natalia Gallo is a changemaker in the male-dominated world of
roofing. She has risen through the ranks to Regional Sales
Director and spent years helping to mentor and support other
women to succeed. Natalia brought the idea of getting the women
in sales within GAF together to learn from each other, and the
