Lies bury you deeper than you already are. Lies steal the joy in
your heart. Lies suffocate the changes you are developing.

Lies destroy all which is good.


So why keep telling yourself lies? Why accept lies from those who
do not know you or even like you?


It's time to take a serious look at what you are telling
yourself. Listen to your quiet voice. However, that quiet voice
is very loud. What does it echo today?


One would hope you'd hear strings of celebration and jubilee for
all the gifts you offer. But what was the first thing you told
yourself?


Something regarding weight, wrinkles, weariness, and weaknesses.


Take off the overwhelm of the world. Lay that cloak aside.


Instead, put on the armor of truth. Delight in the grace and love
of God.
"Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around
your waist..." ~ Ephesians 6:14 The K.I.S.S. ~
Overwhelm yourself in truth!

Stamp out all that is false. Leave behind the accusations which
envelop your energy.


Open your heart to what God sees.


How would you feel if all you could see was your goodness in
truth?


That's exactly what God sees.


You may be a little hot mess. Join the club. But in that hot mess
is a tender heart, a loving spirit, and a grateful servant.


Overwhelm yourself in truth.


Invite yourself to see the beauty others see in you. All the
colors of your personality. It's a gorgeous rainbow you are
missing when you acknowledge only the lies.


Now, are you perfect? No! You are a hot mess. But keeping a
heavenly perspective changes how you treat yourself.


It changes how you speak to yourself. Yes, you talk to
yourself.

It changes how you see yourself. No more wrinkles.

It changes how you feel about yourself. You can do this.

It changes how you perceive your future. There is still hope.

It changes how you live!



Overwhelm yourself in truth.

Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"
