There's no reason to slumber. No reason to freak out.
Dare to pivot! Make a change and keep moving forward.


Life is full of surprises. Some things you plan and they work
out. Others leave you speechless and cause you to pause.

But in all moments, you have a choice. You can stay right where
you are or you can dare to pivot.


Many times I have found myself wanting more than what I get in a
moment.


When that disappointment sets in, it can paralyze your next step.
The situation can be quicksand to your heart.


The next step that you think you should take seems impossible.


There is a dread; a pause where time stops if only for a moment.


Your breath is the only refreshment for your soul; hope for
something more than what you are experiencing at that precise
moment.


Those out-of-body experiences are mesmerizing. You see one thing,
but barely can do another.


Don't panic! You got this!
The K.I.S.S. ~ Dare to pivot!

Just because a moment is not what you expected or planned for
doesn't mean that your life stops.


I get what it's like to be disappointed in yourself. It's worse
than disappointing others. We are our worse critics and judges.


So instead of beating yourself up because plans don't always play
out, dare to pivot!


Flexibility is a strength too. And that's what you are flexing
when you dare to pivot.


Let go of what you think might be a weakness; like not following
through on a plan because the plan doesn't work.


Be strong in the midst of disappointment. Be courageous when
plans fail. Be brave and take the next step no matter the size.

You can let the littlest things direct your path and derail your
strength. But in the midst of a storm, in the midst of confusion,
in the midst of indecision, in the midst of weakness, in the
midst of heartbreak, in the midst of anger, in the midst of hurt,
.....
"Dare to pivot!"  Train for life.
