Oh, what a feeling! Love tingles the soul. Awakens the
heart. The rush of blood through the body invites a sense of deep
affection. But what is love?

family, your first elementary crush, your grandma, or your best
friend.

What was love at that moment?


Love is defined by Google as an intense feeling of deep
affection.


The Bible, however, has a lot to say about love.
Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy,
it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor
others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily
angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not
delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always
protects, always trusts, always hopes, always
perseveres. Love never fails. ~ 1 Corinthians
13:4-8

But then real life happens. The infatuation fades. The wedding
bells ring loudly. The honeymoon is over. Children demand your
attention. A night's escape to a movie and a dinner is only
once in a blue moon. Bills pile up on a monthly basis.
Frustration mounts.
