development, Mike has been the brains behind an array of forced
appreciation projects, ranging from 1,200 lot subdivisions to
medical office buildings to commercial changes of use and
rezoning projects. 


 


He's also been instrumental in creating new zoning code language
and future land use plans affecting future development. Mike
lives in North Texas with his wife, three kids, a dog, and a
white picket fence. It's a life he fully cherishes.
