E39- Randy Wall- Sticking to the Basics

Engineer, Educator, Pro-skier, Pro-Scuba Diver, Randy Wall seems
to do it all, and do it well he does!  


His goal is to teach soft skills to young engineers to better
prepare them for the world and  to create a fully engaging
culture where company's team members feel safe and secure. A
foundational culture grounded in the values of collaboration,
participation, impunity, and clear expectations, one that lays
the groundwork for our team members to have peace of mind, a
culture that creates the possibility for craftsmanship to emerge.
Indeed, an immersive culture where each team member feels one
with their practice, Part Of something bigger than themselves.


Later in the interview he shares in detail how he felt when he
learned of the tragic death of his beloved brother and how he
