I never thought in a million years I would be spending my time on
the conversation of forgiveness.

I mean, forgiveness, really?

But what I’ve discovered as a WBE, with Fortune 500 companies as
clients and tens of thousands of training participants in our
High-Pressure Communication & Engagement Curriculum, is that
forgiveness is one of the highest skillsets a leader can
possess.

Progressive and disruptive leaders take risks. All the time. It’s
inevitable that you’re going to fail. And fail again. The stretch
