Casey of @CaseyBrewing!


Among much else, Troy discusses his industry origins as a tour
guide-turned-pilot brewer at @CoorsLight/@ACGoldenBrewingCo; his
approach to sustainable blending (and a Saison edition of Battle
of the Sexes); membership in the WLFOC (Whole Local Fruit Only
Club); and co-flexes with Matty on the golden age of hip-hop
production. 


We had an absolute joy getting to know Troy, and very much hope
