If you bury your feelings and emotions you will not succeed. I am
talking true success - real joy, real happiness, real peace ....
How many times? How many times have you buried your feelings and
emotions in life..... Sit with this because if you don’t get this
right - if we don’t get this right we will lose the gift of today.
THE STORY: Was walking in the AM early listening to the Warrior
Audio App - powerful tool I leverage daily. My mission is to move
my body and my mind. By listening learning I am earning a bit of
clarity, certainty, faith as I step into this crazy thing called
life. On this particular day Coach Garrett discussed how decades
ago - feelings plus emotions equals death when it came to the young
men sent off to War. On the battle field it was about survival -
get to the end. That mindset was brought home and I believe has
influenced us ever since. 5 years military Infantry deployed coming
home on leave numb thinking ... don’t get comfortable because its
not over .... I gotta go back. Stay faded, stay sedated and just
get through it. Don’t show emotions, bury those feelings and drive
on. 13 years as a business owner - one that I enjoyed and embraced
and yet over time that business owned me. I became faded, sedated
and like the military began to bury my emotions. 2 years living the
Warrior way and I see the truth with a fight to own that truth — to
own today. How crazy is it that the key to our success right now is
raw feeling, raw emotions.... What separates us is not our ability
to be like a certain group, to act in a certain way..... forget
that false lift shine... So many are faded in the false lift of
looking good within a frame of life they dont even belong... I know
because it was me. THE QUESTIONS - IF YOU HAVE THE COURAGE TO OWN
THE MIRROR Where in your life within your body, spiritual world,
family, business - where have you buried your feelings and emotions
that you know - they were not meant to be buried. WHY IS THIS
RELEVANT: Never been a harder time in the history of mankind to be
- who we were always meant to be. Not because there is a lack of
opportunity. Not because we don’t have the means. It has never been
harder because the world we live in is so sedated within
reflections that are the furthest thing from real. I know I have
lived and continue to battle. My own struggle to just be me. It’s
the flipside of sedation ( bury those raw feelings and emotions )
that inspires me though When I listen to coach Garrett or a brother
embracing a struggle, a victory I know I am amongst something
more.... It’s a breath of fresh air. To cross paths with a man or
woman becoming. Being true with feeling emotions - all that shit we
have buried brought to life within moments of not seconds. That’s
the good stuff!!! LESSON: Raw feelings and emotions leveraged
within Warrior stacks turned into light brought to life within the
actions taken - I will consistently earn my faith, my presence, my
courage, my becoming. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO? How will you

A father, husband, brother, a son, a friend fighting to become the
best I can be! This challenge has giving me the ability to pivot,
to learn, grow - gain clarity I could only earn within this
process. I believe its not the destination - its about the journey
and the man we are becoming on a day to day bases. Becoming a
better man, husband, father - a fighter so that I can continue to
stand for what matters in life. I don’t want you to join the
challenge! I don’t need you to join the challenge! I just believe
you will rise within the challenge for you, your family - your
