My son raising his voice - says you made me this way. Lesson learned as painful as it is... I own it

Father son lesson learned - raising his voice ... told me - you
made me this way... That voice within was quick to say - own it,
learn .. share it. Do you own the moments of life that are both
good and bad? My 7 year old son Derek was raising his voice talking
back to my queen... told him to calm down... don't do that .... he
then comes over sits by me and says..... You made me this way...
Painful and yet living the Warrior way I was quick to own it.... he
was right. I get it man - I get life - peaks and valleys moments
its all incredible and then the painful reality delivered
compliments of a son who speaks pure fire, truth unfiltered. Never
the less - I want to own the lesson. I want to pivot from it and
move better as a man, as a father, as a leader. Own my frames! The
days I run, the days I am stepping, owning, becoming, learning,
growing, pivoting - those days I step with power. When my actions
are out of line - I reflect the man I do not wish to be and its
undeniable cause I am off. What you see is what you get and if I am
not getting mine, if I am reacting to life instead of taking action
in life - it is what it is. Forget the stories - forget the excuses
- no one cares. LESSON: Step with earned power or live life forcing
the world around us to change because we are willing to change.
When I step with earned power daily - he steps with a father living
life owning the frames. When I am forcing life - sedating -
slipping - he sees an example - he has a window - he has an
excuse... He has the opportunity to say ....thats what my dad
does... May the peaks and valleys be leveraged so that we can

powerful program. I have learned a great deal in life from my
success and or more from my failures. This challenge has giving me
the ability to pivot, to learn, grow - gain clarity I could only
earn within this process. I believe its not the destination - its
about the journey and the man we are becoming on a day to day
bases. Becoming a better man, husband, father - a fighter so that I
can continue to stand for what matters in life. I don’t want you to
join the challenge! I don’t need you to join the challenge! I just
believe you will rise within the challenge for you, your family -
your journey. My responsibility is to lead you to the door as
someone did for me. Step with courage!
